Pre Booking Information


DEPOSITS

To secure your chosen date and time a non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit price will vary depending on your chosen package / session, the remaining balance is due upon arrival to the studio on the date of your session.


CANCELLATION POLICY & ILLNESS

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session, although I do understand that illness can happen unexpectedly. If you or your child are unable to attend your session due to sickness, please don't worry. While i kindly request at least 48 hours notice, we know this isn't always possible. You will be offered a one-time complimentary reschedule for a different date, with no additional fee. For the health and safety of not only myself but my family and other clients, please do not attend your session if you, your children or anyone else in your party are feeling unwell. Additionally, an unwell child is unlikely to enjoy the session, which impacts the quality of their portraits. Please note: This free rebooking is limited to one occurrence. Subsequent cancellations will require a new deposit to secure a future session.



THE STUDIO

All sessions are held within my dedicated home studio, conveniently located on Stowmarket high street, nestled between boots opticians and peacocks. I offer the convenience of a comfortable, homely setting for your session. To maintain a lovely environment for all clients, I kindly request that you treat my house with care. For baby comfort, a changing mat is available ​and I am happy to dispose of any wet or soiled nappies for you.


BRIEFING AND CONSENT FORM

Prior to the start of your session, you will be asked to review and sign a brief agreement. This form covers important policies regarding breakages, image copyright and most importantly your consent for image sharing. You have the final say on whether your beautiful portraits are published onto my social media accounts. Should you prefer that your images not be published, I completely understand​​ your trust is my priority and client privacy is paramount! Your photographs will remain completely protected and confidential.


GALLERY DELIVERY & TURNAROUND

After your session I will carefully edit your portrait's you will receive access to your private, password-protected viewing gallery. My standard turnaround time for delivering your gallery is 21 days (3 weeks). If you would like your gallery sooner I offer a Priority Editing Service:


  • Gallery delivery within 7 days: £60
  • Gallery delivery within 48 hours: £120


If you wish for a priority editing service please let me know on arrival to your session along with which service you require. I offer a comprehensive selection of products for purchase, such as additional digital images, stunning prints, custom wall art, and more. The detailed price list for all available items will be included with your gallery delivery.



YOUR IDEA'S

If you have any specific portrait ideas or reference images you'd like me to capture, please share these with me prior to your session, ideally at the time of booking. While I cannot guarantee every request can be met, I promise to try my absolute best to achieve the beautiful, cherished portraits you envision.
